Schlossplatz

Der historische Schlossplatz ist umgeben vom Gebäude des ehem. Unteren Schlosses im Westen, dem 1913 errichteten ehem. Kindergarten im Norden und dem modernen Museumsgebäude im Osten.

Im Westen und Südwesten sind noch Reste eines Grabens zu erkennen, der hier die Anlage einer einstigen Lehenburg ganz umgab. Mit der Errichtung des Schlosses Ende des 17. Jh.  im Westen des Areals und den ehemaligen Wirtschaftsgebäuden im Norden und Osten war der Platz nach drei Richtungen geschlossen und nur nach Süden über einen schmalen Zugang zum Ort hin offen.

Der Walmdachbau im Norden wurde 1913 als erster Kindergarten Ichenhausens erbaut und anlässlich der Feierlichkeiten zur Stadternennung eröffnet. Im selben Jahr verlegte die Brauerei Weisses Ross ihre Brauereigebäude in den Schlosshof, wo vormals die östlichen Wirtschaftsgebäude lagen. Nach dem Abriss der Brauereigebäude im Jahr 1981 blieb das Areal 18 Jahre unbebaut, bis der moderne Erweiterungsbau für das Bayerische Schulmuseum errichtet wurde.

Palace Square

The historical palace square is enclosed by the Lower Palace [Unteres Schloss] in the west, the former kindergarten built in 1913 in the north and the modern museum building in the east.

In the west and southwest remains of a moat which surrounded the former vassal castle can still be found. After the construction of the palace on the western side of the area at the end of the 17^th century and of the former service buildings in the north and east, the square was closed off in three directions and only accessible through a small opening towards the town.

The building with the hipped roof in the north was built in 1913 as Ichenhausen’s first kindergarten and opened during the celebrations for the town receiving borough rights. During the same year, the brewery “Weißes Ross” moved their production buildings to the former location of the service buildings. After the brewery buildings were demolished in 1981, the plot stayed empty for 18 years until the modern expansion of the Bavarian School Museum was built.

La Place du Château

L’historique Place du Château est entourée de plusieurs bâtiments de l’ancien château inferieur à l’ouest, de l’ancien jardin d’enfants construit en 1913 au nord, et du bâtiment moderne du musée à l’est. Côtés ouest et sud-ouest, les vestiges d’un fossé sont visibles, qui entourait complètement l’enceinte d’un ancien fief.

À la fin du 17^ème siècle, avec la construction du château à l’ouest de la place, et avec les anciens bâtiments utilitaires situés au nord et à l’est, seul le côté sud resta ouvert et accessible par un passage étroit. La construction avec toit en croupe, côté nord, fut réalisée en 1913 et inaugurée en tant que premier jardin d’enfants à l’occasion des festivités pour la nomination de la ville. La même année, la brasserie Weisses Ross (le Cheval Blanc) transféra les locaux de sa brasserie dans la cour du château,  en lieu et place des anciens bâtiments utilitaires à l’est Après la démolition des bâtiments de la brasserie en 1981, l’emplacement resta libre jusqu'à la construction de l’extension moderne du Musée Bavarois de l’École.

Piazza castello

La storica piazza castello è circondata dalla struttura del castello inferiore nel ovest, dall ex asilo che fu costruito nel 1913 e dal moderno museo all est. Nel ovest e sudovest ci sono ancora resti di uno scavo, che circondò completamente l’intero complesso di un castello feudale medievale. Con la costruzione del nuovo castello verso la fine del 17. secolo nel ovest, ed i precedenti fabbricati agricoli nel nord ed est la piazza era chiusa in tre direzzioni e l`unica stradina che portò in paese fu nel sud. Nel nord fu costruita una casa con il tetto a forma d`anca nel 1913 che venne usata come primo asilo, questo venne innaugurato con i festeggiamenti quando Ichenhausen venne nominata città. Nello stesso anno la birreria “weisses Ross” trasferi i suoi edifici in piazza. Dopo la demolizione della birreria nel 1981 la zona rimase 18 anni senza essere usata o modificata, fino al`estensione moderna del Museo della scuola.
