Die Geschichte des dreigeschossigen Walmdachbaus geht ins frühe 18.Jh. zurück. In dem Gebäude, das für mehrere jüdische Familien errichtet wurde, eröffnete Samuel Gabriel Heller ein Papier- und Schreibwarengeschäft, das etwa ab 1880 von seinem Sohn Aron weitergeführt wurde.
Aron Heller war Kultusvorstand der jüdischen Gemeinde, Mitglied des Stadtrates, und in mehreren Vereinen am Ort engagiert. Die angesehene Familie Heller war verwandt mit Carl Lämmle aus Laupheim, Oskar-Preisträger und Filmproduzent in Hollywood.
1938 wurde das Geschäft arisiert, die hier noch lebenden Mitglieder der Familie Heller emigrierten nach Los Angeles.
The history of the three storied building with its hipped roof goes back into the early 18th century. In the building that had been built for several Jewish families Gabriel Heller opened a store for paper and office supplies which from around 1880 was continued by his son.
Aron Heller was a member of the cultural council of the Jewish community, a member of the town council and active in several of the town’s clubs. The respected Heller family was related to Hollywood producer and Oscar winner Carl Lämmle from Laupheim.
When the store was aryanized in 1938, the remaining members of the Heller family emigrated to Los Angeles.
L’histoire de cette construction à toit en croupe de trois étages remonte au début du 18ème siècle. Dans ce bâtiment érigé pour héberger plusieurs familles juives, Samuel Gabriel Heller a ouvert un magasin de papier et papeterie que son fils Aron repris en 1880.
Aron Heller était à la tête de la communauté religieuse juive, membre du conseil municipal et engagé dans différentes associations de la commune.
La famille Heller respectée était apparentée à Carl Lämmle de Laupheim, lauréat d’un oscar et producteur de films à Hollywood.
En 1938 la boutique fut aryanisée, les membres de la famille Heller encore vivants émigrèrent à los Angeles.
La storia della casa a tre piani con il tetto a forma d`anca torna indietro nel 18. secolo. Nell’edificio, che è stato costruito per molte famiglie ebree, Samuel Gabriel Heller apri una cartoleria, questa attività fu portata avanti da suo figlio Aaron. Aaron Heller era consigliere amministrativo della comunità ebrea, consigliere communale e impegnato in molte associazioni. La nota famiglia Heller era parente con Carl Lämmle di Laupheim, vincitore Oscar e producente di Hollywood. Nell 1938 l`attività fu arianizzata, i membri della famiglia Heller, che vissero ancora qui, emigrarono a Los Angeles.
